Digital Eye Strain
In the digital age we live amongst, Digital Eye Strain has never been more prominent in society as a result of blue light emitting screens. Although annoying for sufferers, with input from our optometrists, often this frustrating issue is easily managed and eradicated. Both prescription and non prescription glasses can include lenses that have an embedded blue-light blocker, which acts to combat digital eye strain. Both adults and children are at risk of suffering digital eye-strain which can occur after just 2 hours of close to mid-distance screen-time.
